These terms apply when you use EveryEventPlanner.com or buy the Every Event Wedding Planner from Every Event Planner (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the product, you agree to them.

The product

The Every Event Wedding Planner is a digital download: spreadsheet files for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and a PDF quick-start guide. Nothing is shipped. After payment, we email you a private download link, which works for a limited time and number of downloads. Please save your files once you have them.

Compatibility

The planner works in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Excel 2019 or newer (Windows and Mac) and in Google Sheets. It uses no macros. Charts and sheet protection may look or behave slightly differently in Google Sheets.

Payment and pricing

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes your payment and calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are shown in US dollars. Sale prices apply until the end date shown on the site; after that, the regular price applies.

Personal-use license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files to plan your own wedding. You may:

• edit and customize the files for your wedding;
• make copies for your own use; and
• share your filled-in planning file with the people helping you plan, such as your partner, family or wedding planner.

You may not resell, give away, post publicly or redistribute the files (blank or sample), include them in another product, template shop or bundle, or claim them as your own work. All rights not granted here remain ours.

Reviews

Reviews on our site come from verified buyers. By posting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and allow us to display it on our site with the name you choose.

No professional advice

The planner is a planning tool. Calculations depend on the information you enter, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Please double-check important figures, such as vendor contracts and payment amounts.

Limitation of liability

The files are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
